Fall Yoga Flow

November 12, 2022

Fall is a time when we learn to let go of what no longer serves us in our lives, which in turn evokes the emotion of grief, as letting go means grieving what we once loved that now must be lost. Fall is the season of LUNGS support, a time when we sharpen our swords of discernment to know what is pure to hold onto and what is impure that might deviate from who we are today. During our time together, we will meditate and practice yoga to open the meridian lines in our lungs. We will learn to breathe deeply into these meridian pathways to define what is pure and impure. In honor of this next layer in your seasonal transition, I invite you to join us to ease into Mother Nature and her teachings so that we may find balance in this next phase of our evolution and growth. As the season moves from fall to winter, may you prepare yourself with this deep practice of yoga, vision, and breath!

Over the past several years, OG. Yoga and Walnut Hill Farm have worked together to organize beautiful and meaningful events. Walnut Hill Farm is a 400-acre family-owned property in Warren County Virginia. WHF borders the Shenandoah National Park and boasts of well-maintained trails in the forest. There is a waterfall on the property which is an easy hike from the parking lot. We think that you will love Walnut Hill Farm. Friendships are created like-minded awakenings happen and creations begin!
